5. For each SF72 storage enclosure and magazine tape subsystem

installed, check that the ac power cord is correctly seated (Figures 4–4

and 4–5).

6. Ensure that each SF72 storage enclosure and magazine tape

subsystem has the correct voltage selected for the power supplied

to the 881 power controller. Note that each has a voltage label for its

factory setting.

7. Ensure that the voltage selection switches for each SF72 storage

enclosure and magazine tape subsystem are in the correct position for

the power supplied on the 881 power controller.

8. If the shipping screw on all magazine tape subsystems present has

not been loosened, do so at this time. This screw is in the rear upper

right corner of the subsystem. Loosen the screw; do not remove it.

9. Ensure that all DSSI connectors in the SF200 storage array are ﬁrmly

seated.
