Insert paper into manual feeder
Paper jams are detected by sensors in the printer and indicated in the message
window. To clear a paper jam, follow the next instructions:
PAPER JAM n A paper jam in the
specified area occurred
Clear jammed paper from the
specified area :
n=0 or 1, go to step
1

n=2, go to step
2
.
n=3, go to step
6

n=4, go to step

1.
Open the paper tray(s) and remove
the jammed sheet of paper. Pull the
sheet gently to avoid pieces of paper
remaining inside the printer. Close
the paper tray(s) and continue your
print job.

Open the upper door and carefully remove
the print unit. Place the print unit on a flat
surface. Avoid strong light entering the print
unit.
