FIRMWARE ERROR

1. Cycle power: Power off
printer. Wait 15 seconds.
Power on printer.
“FIRMWARE ERROR”
message.
Replace the CMX
controller board.
Go to step 2.
Return printer to
normal operation.
2. a) Power on the printer.
b) Run the print job that was
active when the fault
message first occurred.
