In the reading distance test, a tag is located at the center of the room while
the UHF RFID reader is located at different distances and angles from
the tag. The tag is read at different distances until it cannot be detected
anymore.
In the reading speed test, the UHF RFID device is placed in front of a wall
(4m x 2m) covered with UHF RFID tags that are located in both horizontal
and vertical directions. The number of tags read under 1 minute is recorded
to calculate the overall reading speed.
