Disconnect the AC power plug from the back of the printer.

) between J101–2 and J101–6 (100V Model) on the Fuser Assembly?
Is there continuity (0
ΩΩ
) between J101–3 and J101–6 (220V Model) on the Fuser Assembly?
Yes No
Go to Step 10. Replace the Temperature Sensor Assembly.
10. THERMOSTAT AND FUSE ANALYSIS
Remove the Fuser Assembly from the printer.
Disassembly the Fuser Assembly.
Is there continuity (0

) between the two ends of the thermostat?
Is there continuity (0
ΩΩ
) between the two ends of the fuse?
Yes No
Return to Step 1 to determine the cause of the failure. Replace the Fuser Assembly.
