NOTE: To increase the skin temperature measurement accuracy, the camera transmits raw temperature
data of all the pixels in the thermal sensor to the PC software via the Ethernet cable. The Elevated Skin
Temperature Software program processes the raw data using the PC’s processing capacity.
If the installation includes a Blackbody, the temperature data in each pixel is calibrated based on the 104°F
(40°C) temperature of the Blackbody. This increases the system’s accuracy up to ±0.36°F/0.2°C.
The Elevated Skin Temperature Software program performs various analyses to mark a person's faces and
skin temperature, on images from both the visible and thermal cameras.
