Quick Stop: Drive will make stop function defined by Quick Stop function parameter.
ON 3: No Quick stop command.
B03: FALSE = Stop Request, TRUE = Start Request
Stop Request: Drive will make stop defined by stop function.
Start Request: Start Command to the drive.
