In [System Shutdown] menu, you can
safely shutdown, restart or schedule a
reboot of the system.
Use mouse wheel or the jog/shuttle to
select [Shutdown], [Restart], or [Add
Schedule], then press [OK] button.

Shut down the system.
[Restart]
Restart the system.
[Add schedule]
Add automatic reboot schedule (see page
53 for details).

Press and hold ENTER button at the
front panel for 3 seconds to restart the
system.
[Add schedule]
You can set the time and the system will
automatically restart.
Use the mouse wheel or the jog/shuttle to
select [System Restart Period]. You can assign
the system to automatically restart [One time
only], [Daily], [Every 2 days], [Every 3 days],
[Weekly], [Every 2 weeks], [Every 3 weeks], or
[Monthly].
Restarting the system on regular basis may
help to stabilize the system performance.
