PKT_
CODECSTOP field (1 byte) this will switch the AMBE-3000™ Vocoder Chip from codec mode to packet mode and
the codec reset signal is set low. After entering packet mode the AMBE-3000™ Vocoder Chip will stop outputting packets
containing channel data every 20ms.
