Specifications

Repeater settings
For transceivers which support the corresponding commands by computer, TRX-Manager
provides control of various parameters needed for repeater operation.
These parameters can be set either from the Frequency window (F2 ) or the Channel
window.
Available parameters
The parameters that are supported by the program are the following:
Shift (Shift) and signs ()
Encoding/Decoding CTCSS tones
Encoding DCS codes
Notes
The available parameters vary a lot from one transceiver to an other and it is not possible to
provide a comprehensive list of the supported functions for each rig
In many cases and/or if the Repeater Offset is not supported "as is", the program offsets the
TX frequency using the Split mode
If DCS encoding is supported by your transceiver, please check DCS to make visible the DCS
Combo box and select the value of the DCS code.
Default settings by band
The Preferences dialog box, under Transceiver tab makes it possible to set the default
parameters for each band. Take care to ensure that the parameters are valid for your
transceiver. These parameters are saved for each transceiver separately (TRX1-4).
If Auto RPT is checked, the default parameters (Shift) are sent to the transceiver at each
band change (only in FM).
