• module placement test mode
- allows installer to carry a keypad to the proposed loca-
tion for a system module (sounder, keypad, detector)
and test communications to the controller before the
module is installed. Keypad reports whether proposed
location is “good”, “fair” or “bad”.

- allows installer or user to test device placement
