6.0 Emergency Keys
IMPORTANT:EMERGENCYUSEONLY!
Theemergencykeysgenerateafire,auxiliary,orpanicalarmandalertsthecentralmonitoringsta-
tion.
Tousetheemergencykeys,dothefollowingsteps:
1.
Taptheshiftkey onthekeypad.Theemergencykeysilluminate.
FireAlarm
AuxiliaryAlarm
PanicAlarm
2. TouchtheFire,Auxiliary,orPanickeyfor2seconds,asneeded.Thesystembeepsto
indicatethatthealarminputhasbeenacceptedandsenttothemonitoringstation.
3. Toreturntothenumberkeypadwithoutusingtheemergencykeys,tapthe[#]key.
Note:Dependingonyoursystemconfiguration,yourinstallercandisableanyoftheemergency
keys.
6.1 Two-Way Audio Operation
Thisfeatureisusedtoverifythenatureofanalarmandtodeterminethetypeofassistancethe
occupantneeds.Whenthecentralmonitoringstationreceivesanalarm,theyinitiateatwo-way
audiosession.
Note:Onlythecentralmonitoringstationcaninitiateatwo-wayaudiosessionwhentheyreceive
analarm.;theusercannotinitiateasession.
6.2 Intrusion (Burglary) Alarm Continuous Siren

Ifthealarmwasaccidental,enteryouraccesscodetosilencethealarm.Ifthealarmsystemisdis-
