EDIT SENSOR

Edit the name and behavior of a sensor in the system.

EDIT SENSOR

Edit a sensor name and chime with which it’s associated.

Navigate to “Settings” then “Edit Sensors”

CUSTOM TEXT TO SPEECH

Because the DSC Touch uses an

Android operating system, it can read

almost any name and speak it when the

sensor is opened.

Customize your system with specific

names like “Megan’s Upstairs Window”

To customize a sensor name, select

“Custom Description” under “Sensor

Name”

Edit a sensor by using our list from the drop down or customize your own.

Choose a chime that suits it’s location and whether or not yo’d like the panel

to announce the sensor name by toggling voice prompts.

Make any changes you like and click “save” to exit.
