Common Keypad Displays
Listed below are several keypad messages you may see on the display. Follow the instructions in the Possible Solutions column to
correct the problem. In most cases, you will need to call a service person to correct the problem.

The user code you have entered is not
recognized by the system.
Check the user code and try again.
AC Trouble Yes The system is not getting proper power. Call your service person.
Battery Trouble Yes Battery is either low or missing. Call your service person.

The panel is looking for phone jack
supervision.
Call your service person.
System Trouble or
