9 Selecting a printer
9.1 [Printer Select] Tab sheet
The “Printer Select” screen enables you to select a printer and specify network settings.
 Current Printer: You can switch to the relevant printer when multiple printers are connected to a single
host computer.
 Pressing the “Scan Printer” button searches for a connected printer and updates the printer in
the list box.
 When a printer is selected from the list box, the status of the selected printer is automatically
displayed.
 Printer Name: For setting the name of the selected printer.
 Default Interface: For setting the interface during startup.When the printer is connected via the
network (Ethernet), the set value is shown but setting is disabled.
Caution: Regardless of the default interface setting, priority is given to USB if the USB cable is
connected.
