Second Method:
Enter http://play.google.com in the URL field of your phone’s browser, then search for the same app,
“Foscam IP cam viewer”. Once found, download and install the app.
Once the app is fully installed, launch the app on your phone.
Enter the user name and password, the default username is admin, and the password is left blank by
default.
Click the “Login” button, which will allow you to see the following surveillance windows below.
