3. Upon copy completion, you will see the Backup Summary
screen, which shows the name of the created folder, total
number of Files Copied, Total Size Copied, Copy Speed, and
Total Time for the copy.
Select one of the following options:
• View
: Directly open the backup folder and view the
copied files in Folder View.
• Confirm
: Verify that each file on the memory device
matches each file copied to the Picture Porter 35 bit for
bit. This will ensure that there were no errors during the
copy.
• OK
: Close the Backup Summary and go to Home
Screen.
The created folder and all copied subfolders and files will be
located in the Backup
folder of Picture Porter 35. Navigate to the
Backup
folder to access and view the copied files.
Note
: To safely remove memory cards or USB flash drive from
Picture Porter 35, take special precaution to ensure that there is no
data being written to or read from the memory device at the time of
removal.
4.3. Understanding Default Backup Folder Name Assignments
Each time you use the Backup to HD1
function, a new folder will be
created on the Picture Porter 35 hard drive to store your copied
files. The default folder name assigned includes information
showing the date, copy source, and copy sequence number.
