4. Copying Memory Card to Picture Porter 35
You can transfer photos and other data on memory cards directly
to Picture Porter 35 and vice versa. Here are some situations
where this can be useful:
• While on vacation, you can copy pictures directly from your
digital camera memory card to free up limited memory card
space and keep taking pictures.
• When with family, friends, or co-workers using any digital
camera model, you can easily get your own copy of their
pictures with the multi-format memory card slots.
• When sharing photos and other files with friends, you can
conveniently transfer files from your Picture Porter 35 to
their memory cards or USB flash drive and vice versa.
4.1. Connecting Memory Cards or USB Flash Drive
Picture Porter 35 has three different memory card slots, each
designed to support a specific set of memory card formats. On the
memory card slot cover and right under each slot you can see text
labels of the memory card format for that slot:
1. CF: supports CompactFlash (Type-1).
2. SD/MMC/miniSD*: supports
SD Card, SDHC card, miniSD,
MultiMedia card, and RS-MMC.
3. MS/MS Duo/xD*: supports
Memory Stick, MS PRO,
MS Duo, MS PRO Duo,
and xD-Picture Card.
* Only one card can be inserted in
either of these two slots at any time.

: Take special care to insert the memory card in its
designated slot. If the memory card does not slide in easily,
double-check that you are inserting it in the correct slot and in the
correct manner. Do not use excessive force when inserting cards.
