2. Place the monitor on top of, or next to, the system unit.
Caution: Placing the monitor near an electromagnetic device,
such as a printer or an electric pencil sharpener, or near
magnetized objects, such as filing cabinets or steel beams in
walls, can interfere with monitor performance.
3. Be sure the on/off switch on the front of the monitor is set
to the off position.
For a 19-inch VR262 gray-scale monitor, a 19-inch
VRT19 color monitor, or a 16-inch VR297 color monitor,
press the 0 on the on/off switch.
For a 19-inch VR299 color monitor, press and release
the on/off switch on the front of the monitor.
