Problem Solution
The Digital logo
appears in red instead
of blue on the login
screen on a color
monitor.
Follow these steps:
1. Shut down you worksystem software, if necessary, and
turn off the system unit and monitor.
2. Remove the video cable connector from the video connector
on the system unit.
3. Position the cable connector so the Digital logo is on top
and reattach the cable connector to the connector on the
system unit.
4. Turn on the system unit and monitor.
When you type,
nothing happens
on the screen.
Follow these steps:
1. Check the indicator light under the Hold Screen label on
the function key strip on the keyboard. If the indicator
light glows green, press the Hold Screen key.
2. Shut down your worksystem software, if necessary, and
turn off the system unit.
3. Disconnect the keyboard cable from its connector on the
keyboard-mouse connector block and then reconnect it.
4. Make sure the keyboard-mouse cable is firmly attached to
the system unit and turn on the system unit.
5. Turn off the system unit and monitor, connect another
keyboard, and turn on the system unit and monitor again.
