SCSI
Table A–29 describes the errors returned by a SCSI utility. All
SCSI utility errors have the format:
text_message information_value.

SCSI_E_badparam Bad parameter entered by the user
SCSI_E_err Generic utility error
SCSI_E_devtyp Wrong device type for this utility
SCSI_E_media Problem with the media
SCSI_E_lun Logical unit is not present
SCSI_E_inq_err Error in inquiry command
SCSI_E_modsns_err Error in mode sense command
SCSI_E_modsel_err Error in mode select command
SCSI_E_tur_err Error in test unit ready command
SCSI_E_rwnd_err Error in rewind command
SCSI_E_wrt_err Error in write command
SCSI_E_rd_err Error in read command
SCSI_E_rdcap_err Error in read capacity command
