3586 E02 TSTF Instruction test has failed.

3588 E04 Unexpected Exception has occurred

during TSTF test.

The FPU test displays extended error information when an error

occurs. Enter the SHOW ERROR Command to view the extended

error information. The extended error formats are shown in the

following examples.

Extended Error Format:

Format Meaning

VVVVVVVV The vector of the unexpected interrupt

EEEEEEEE Other exception data. This is only printed on

machine checks and arithmetic traps.
