3. When you finish changing host adapter parameters, press the “
o
” key to
confirm your changes. Press the “
c
” key if you do not want to save changes
and return to the main menu. If you press the “
o
” key, a confirmation screen
appears.
4. Press “
y
” to save changes and return to the main menu, or press “
n
” to
return to the main menu without saving changes.
NOTE
If you choose not to save your changes, your
changes will appear on the host adapter
parameters screen until you press
“x”
from the
main menu. Pressing
“x”
from the main screen
clears your changes to the host adapter
parameters.
4.4.2 Changing Device Parameters
To change device parameters, follow these steps:
1. Use the up and down arrow keys, or type “
d
” to move the bracket selector to
the
Edit EEROM (D)evice Parameters
option on
the Configure EEROM
Parameters
menu and press
Enter
to select. The
Edit EEROM Device
Parameters
screen appears as shown in Figure 4–6.
Table A–4 in Appendix A lists the device (specific) parameters. It indicates
default settings, parameter descriptions, and available options.
