8.7 Black Pages
Explanation:
The printer produces black pages.
Action:
1. Make sure the main charger is seated correctly.
2. Replace the main charger. (See the PrintServer 32 Printer Supplies Kit
Guide.)
3. Print a test page (see Section 8.1). If the test page prints correctly,
check your PRINT command or the printer’s Ethernet connections. See
your system manager or call Customer Services.
8.8 Skewed Paper
Explanation:
The print is crooked on the page.
Action:
Make sure the paper is touching the back of the bottom paper tray or is
correctly inserted in the cassette trays. See Chapters 3 and 4.
