Explanation:

Action:
This is an informational message. No action is required.
6.9 Fatal Software Error
Explanation:
PostScript encountered an irrecoverable error.
Action:
Turn the printer off, and then on, to reboot the printer.
6.10 Hardware Error xx — Call Customer Services
Explanation:
The printer has a fatal hardware error.
Action:
Call Customer Services. See Chapter 10 for information about calling
Customer Services.
6.11 Insert Paper Cassette
Explanation:
One of the paper cassettes is missing or not properly installed.
Action:
Install the paper cassette. See Chapter 4.
