1.1.2 Provide Easy Access
Find an area that allows users access to the printer:
• A level floor
• Enough surrounding space to allow ventilation and easy access to all sides
of the printer for servicing and adding paper. Make sure the user can face
the opening of the bottom paper tray.
Figure 1–1 illustrates the space requirements for the printer.
