1. Cycle power: Turn printer off.
Wait 15 seconds. Turn printer
on.

Go to step 2. Return printer to
normal operation.
2. Disconnect the input data line
from the host computer. Set
power switch to off. Wait 15
seconds. Set power switch to
on.
“Dynamic RAM Fault * ”
message.
Go to step 3. Return printer to
normal operation.
3. Make a Diagnostic Check of
the CCB (page 4–21). If any
problems are found on the
CCB, replace the board.
