Skip Over Perforation
ASCII Code ESC N n

Purpose Selects the number of lines (at the current line spacing) for the paper
to skip at the bottom of the perforated page.
where n = 1 to 127.
Comment n is the number of lines skipped between the last line printed on one
page and the first line on the next page. The actual distance set is the
product of n and the current line spacing. If the value of n exceeds
the current form length, the skip is set to one line smaller than the
form length or to 0, whichever is greater.
Skip over perforation set by this command overrides control panel
settings. This feature is canceled by ESC O, ESC C, ESC C 0.
Skip Over Perforation Cancel

HEX Code 1B 4F
Purpose Cancels the skip over perforation set by ESC N and resets the bottom
margin to zero.
Comment O is ASCII uppercase o, not zero (0).
