This command sets the current line as top–of–form. It also clears vertical
tabs and sets the horizontal tabs at every eight columns, starting at column 9.
An ESC [ K code can occur at any place in the datastream and is acted
upon immediately. All numerical parameters are in the 00 to FF hex range
unless stated otherwise. Unspecified parameters are ignored to the point
where the error is detected, then subsequent symbols are interpreted.
