To install the battery:
1. Verify that the battery latch is over to the right (Figure 3-2, step 1).
2. Place the battery in the battery compartment (Figure 3-2, step 2).
3. While pressing down on the battery near the latch, slide the battery latch to the left so
that you cannot see the red dot (Figure 3-2, step 3).
