Power and Your Computer
Your DIGITAL notebook computer can be powered by:

Battery

Universal AC Adapter

If the notebook is operating on AC power, the battery will continue to charge
until full. The amber battery charge indicator, located on the front of the system
(Figure
1-1), is lit while the battery is charging.

Your notebook’s main battery is a Lithium-ion (LiIon) Battery.
To get the most out of your notebook computer and its battery, you need to:

• Understand the Power Management features of the computer and how to configure
