Defective EISA slot.

Controller failure.
•
Remove and reseat the
controller.
•
Rerun ECU and correct
problem.
•
Rerun ECU and disable
appropriate BIOS.

Try another EISA slot in your
system.

Replace the controller.

responding - no
drives installed

Incorrect firmware on
controller.

Defective controller.

Reload correct firmware on
