no drives installed

• RAID BIOS is not
enabled on the
board in the lower

• BIOS on more than
one RAID control-
ler is enabled.
• Defective EISA
slot.
• Controller failure.
• Remove and reseat the controller.
• Rerun ECU and correct problem.
• Rerun ECU and disable appro-
priate BIOS.
• Try another EISA slot in your
system.
• Replace the controller.
SWXCR not re-
sponding - no
drives installed
• Incorrect firmware
on controller.
• Defective control-
ler.
• Reload correct firmware on con-
troller.
• Replace with new controller.
