Causes a system identification message to be sent.
This is a call to the Console Server.

Channel-id

the unique identification of the channel on which to
send the identity.
Destination-address

the identification of the destination
system. Applicable only to multiaccess channels.
If
applicable
and not present, the identity message will be sent to the remote
console multicast group.
