A.4 PCI Conﬁguration Address Space

The PCI conﬁguration address space occupies physical addresses 87.0000.0000

through 87.1FFF.FFFF. The PCI conﬁguration register set occupies this space.

A read or write access to this space causes a conﬁguration read or write cycle

on the PCI. Table A–11 identiﬁes the EB164 PCI devices and the corresponding

PCI address bit that drives the device’s IDSEL pin. Refer to Section 4.2.6 for

additional information on this space.
