E.1.4 AUTO WRAP
The following values are available from the AUTO WRAP submenu of the DEC
PPL3 protocol.

AUTO WRAP ON

When the print position reaches the right
margin, it wraps to the left margin of the next
line.
OFF Text is not wrapped to the next line when the
right margin is reached. Text beyond the right
margin is lost.

The following values are available from the NEW LINE submenu of the DEC
PPL3 protocol.
Feature Values Description
NEW LINE ON Advances to the next line upon receipt of a
carriage return (CR) from the host computer.
OFF

The printer does not advance the paper to the
next line when it receives a CR command.
