Internet IP
Address
This IP Address is allocated by the ISP (Internet
Service Provider). If using a dynamic IP address,
and no connection currently exists, this
information is unavailable.
WAN MTU
It displays the current value of MTU.
LAN
IP Address
The IP Address of the Wireless Broadband
Router.
Network Mask
The Network Mask (Subnet Mask) for the IP
Address above.
DHCP Server
This shows the status of the DHCP Server
function. The value will be "Enabled" or
"Disabled".
Wireless
Network Name
(SSID)
If using an ESS (Extended Service Set, with
multiple access points) this ID is called an
ESSID (Extended Service Set Identifier).
802.11 Mode
The current mode, as set on the Wireless
screen.
Channel
This shows the Channel currently used, as set
on the Wireless screen.
Security
This indicates the current security settings for
Wireless Connections.
System
Device Name
The current name of the Router. This name is
also the "hostname" for users with a "@Home"
type connection.
