Receiver Locate Mode Screen (Passing LP)
If the signal strength decreases, you may have just found the
RLP. Position yourself further away from and facing the drill
or last known transmitter location to locate the FLP.
2. As you approach the location of the transmitter, the LL
will appear and the locating target will flip to the top of the
screen in the direction of the rear locate point.
Receiver Locate Mode Screen (Approaching LL)
Do not rely on the alignment of the target on the vertical cross
hair to give the left/right position of the transmitter. You must
find the RLP to be certain you are directly over the
transmitter.
3. As you pass the locate line, the ball will flip from the
bottom of the screen to the top of the screen. The ball
now represents the approximate location of the RLP.
4. As you approach the RLP, keep the target aligned with
the vertical cross hair.
