The Jumbo XL has chunky 25mm square keys that are colour coded
and easy to find and press. They also help the user to identify vowels,
consonants and punctuation marks.
The keyboard has all the standard keys with the exception of the numeric
keypad. It has separate function keys (F keys), a Windows key and Shift
keys on both sides of the keyboard.
Jumbo XL has USB connectivity as standard. In addition, there are two extra
USB ports on the right hand side. These are really useful for attaching a numeric
keypad, a mouse, trackball, joystick or webcam etc.
The keyboard is Windows or Mac compatible (all keys have a Mac function).
The overall dimensions of Jumbo XL are the same as a standard keyboard:

About Large Key Keyboards
Jumbo XL and Big Keys LX are well featured, large key keyboards. Both are rugged with inch square keys, and both offer
versions suitable for older people and those with failing eyesight. Most users want a QWERTY layout from the start, but if you
want an alphabetical “ABC” layout, the Big Keys LX has upper or lowercase versions.
Except for the numeric keypad, Jumbo XL has all the standard keys including a full set of function keys, a Windows key and two Shift
keys. Big Keys LX has fewer keys (and so less clutter) and you need to use keyboard shortcuts to use some functions.
Jumbo XL has a native USB connector and two extra USB sockets so you can plug in a mouse etc. Big Keys LX is a native PS2 device
and USB adaptors are available at an additional £12 plus VAT (although it’s free from ITtools with the Big Keys LX).
