Configuring a custom collection
To configure fields for a custom collection, open the Custom
Collection Definition dialog box and follow the steps below.
Note Creating too many large fields for your records may hamper the
performance of ImageAXS Pro.

1. In the Field Name box, enter a name (up to 32 characters, with
no spaces or punctuation) for the first field you want to create.
2. Choose the field’s type from the Type pull-down menu.
The options are as follows:
• Text
Holds up to 255 characters (enter a number in the
Length field below the pull-down menu).
