Text List Reports
Text List Reports are configurable reports of field information
from the records in your collection. You can build and save a
variety of reports for different purposes; to print a report, link its
template to your collection using the Text List Report dialog box
and choose Print from the File menu while viewing your records
in the Text List View. Templates are created, edited, and saved
using the controls in the Custom Report dialog box.
Note For reports to be printed from the Text List View, the Text List
Format radio button must be selected in the Page Setup dialog
box.
