STEP 3 Type a new name for the source file in the text entry field at the
bottom of the file dialog box.
NOTE
You can also use this dialog box to move the source file. To do this, select a
new or different folder to hold the file. The record will automatically be
updated to refer to the source file in its new location.
DELETING

OURCE FILES
Whenever you delete a source file for a record, you can choose to
delete the record itself at the same time. (Similarly, whenever you
delete a record, you can choose to delete the source file for that data
record; see “Deleting Records” on page 11-4.).
To delete a source file:
STEP 1 Select the record(s) whose source files you want to delete.
STEP 2 Choose Delete Source File from the Source File menu.

You can also open this dialog box by holding down
the
CTRL key and clicking a selected record, then
choosing Delete Source File from the contextual pop-
up menu that appears.
