If you select only one keyword, you can select Not
to search only for records that do not contain that
keyword. If you select more than one keyword, you
can select one of the following options:
•And
Returns records which contain all selected
keywords.
•Or
Returns records which contain any of the
selected keywords.
•And Not
Creates an “and not” relationship between the
keywords. For example, ‘Snow and not Ski,’
would return all records containing ‘Snow’ but
not ‘Ski.’
•Or Not
Creates an ‘or not’ relationship between the
keywords. For example, ‘Snow or not Ski’
would return all records containing ‘Snow’ and
all records not containing ‘Ski’.
3. Click Search.
Note If you want to create a multiple keyword search, you should
click Advanced and select options in the Advanced Keyword
Search dialog box.
Advanced options for keyword searching
The Advanced Keyword Search dialog box lets you select
options for advanced keyword searching. You can also save
and load keyword search criteria.
