Searching subsets of records

3. Enter your search criteria.
4. Click Search.
Any records matching your search criteria will be
shown in the active window.
To search a selected group of records:
1. Select the group of records you want to search in the Text
List View or Thumbnails View window.
See “Selecting records” on page 56 for more
information.
2. Choose Show Selection from the Selection menu.
Your selected records will be shown in the active
window.
3. Choose Search or Keyword Search from the Selection
menu.
If you chose Search, click Advanced to show the
Advanced Search dialog box.
4. Select Current Subset as the records to search.
5. Enter your search criteria.
6. Click Search.
Any records in the selection matching your search
criteria will be shown in the active window.
