3. Locate the desired search file.
4. Click Open.
Note Loading a saved search will replace any search lines in the
Criteria list. Once opened, a loaded search file can be
modified and saved under a different name.
Searching subsets of records
By default, ImageAXS searches through all records in a
collection. However, you can also search a subset of records.
For example, you can search through all the records that
were found from a previous search. Or, you can search
through a selected group of records in your collection.
To search through records found from a previous
search:
1. Choose Search or Keyword Search from the Selection
menu after performing your initial search.
If you are Search, click Advanced to show the
Advanced Search dialog box.
2. Select Current Subset as the records to search.
