7. Repeat steps 3-5 and click And or Or to enter additional
lines of criteria.
New lines appear in the Criteria list. See “Using the
and/or search operators” on page 81 for more
information on using search operators.
Note To edit a line of search criteria that you have already
entered, select it in the Criteria list. Once selected, the line
becomes active for editing. To delete a line, select it and
click Delete Line.
8. Select whether you want to search all records in your
collection or just the current subset in the Search Records
options.
(Searching the current subset allows you to refine
previously performed searches.)
9. Click Search to start your search.
Records that meet the specified criteria are
displayed in the Thumbnails View or the Text List
View.
