2. Click Advanced to open the Advanced Search dialog
box.
3. Select the field you want to search in the Field drop-
down list.
4. Select the operation you want from the Operation drop-
down list.
•If you select Between, enter only two values
separated by a space or comma.
•If you select One of, enter a series of values
(separated by spaces or commas) to use as
criteria.
5. Enter specific items to be searched for in the Value text
box.
Note If you want to find records that do not match the specified
criteria, select the Not check box.
6. Click Add Line to add the specified search criteria as the
first line in the Criteria list.
As you specify
different criteria
to search for,
each gets listed
as a separate
line item in this
text box.
