Modifying the Master Keywords list
Choose Keywords in the View menu to open the Keywords
View. The Master Keywords list appears in the left column. If
you add, delete, or modify keywords in the Master Keywords
list, the changes are automatically updated in all records.
To add keywords to the Master Keywords list:
1. Open a record in Keywords View.
2. Click the data entry field above the Master Keywords list.
3. Type in a keyword.
4. Click Add or press Enter.
To remove keywords from the Master Keywords
list:
1. Select one or more keywords in the Master Keywords list.
You can Ctrl-click or Shift-click to select multiple
keywords at a time.
2. Click Delete.
Note Removing a keyword from the Master Keywords list also
removes it from any records to which it has been added.
