6. Click OK.
During the update, if ImageAXS comes to a record
whose source file it cannot locate in the folders you
designated for the update, you will be prompted to
locate a source file for that record. If you are unable to
do so, click the Cancel button to skip the record and
continue the update.
Renaming a source file
Changing source file names from within ImageAXS ensures
that the records stay updated.
To change a source file name:
1. Select the record whose source file you want to rename.
2. Choose Rename Source File from the Source File menu.
3. Type the new file name into the To box.
4. Click OK.
If you selected more than one source file to rename,
clicking OK saves your changes and displays the next
file in the list.
