Keywords View

Keywords View

Keywords are descriptive words that you can link to records

to facilitate searching in ImageAXS. The Keywords View

displays the master list of keywords in a collection along

with a selected record’s thumbnail and keywords.

In the Keywords View, you can enter keywords into the

Master Keywords list. You can also attach keywords from the

Master Keywords list to individual records. See “Working

with Keywords” on page 71 for more information.

The Master Keywords

list contains all of the

keywords in the

collection. A keyword

must be in the Master

Keywords list before

you can attach the

keyword to a record.
